What data we store
The system may store the client's email address, project description, messages, uploaded files, and billing details entered in the dashboard.
Why data is needed
This data is used for authentication, project management, client communication, publishing design and estimate materials, and issuing invoices.
Who has access
Clients can see only their own projects and related data. The administrator can access the information required to deliver the service and support clients.
Data storage and deletion
Data is stored only as long as necessary for project delivery, communication, and accounting obligations. Where allowed by law, individual data may be deleted on request.
