These terms apply to the public website, the client dashboard, and the admin panel.
Access to the system
Access for clients and administrators is limited to authorised users. Each user is responsible for keeping their password secure and not sharing access credentials with third parties.
Uploaded materials
Clients may upload only files and materials they are legally entitled to use. Uploading illegal or harmful content is prohibited.
Service content
Portfolio items, estimates, design links, and project content may be updated according to actual project progress and the mutually agreed scope of work.
Limitation of liability
The system owner makes every reasonable effort to maintain data security and service availability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation in the event of third-party service or infrastructure issues.
